All in all, it's exceptionally comfortable place that has very attentive staff on how great this hotel was and how nice the manager was. The property is set in an amazing location really close to all the bars and cafes, restaurants, shops and beach, restaurants, water taxi.

It's quirky place for cyclists!!!
the location is magnificent, 1 mile from east las olas boulevard. it has immaculate, bright rooms that are kept very clean. thank you for the stay in this place - would stay here again.

location is great right across from beach. if you are looking for clean room with no frills this is for you. owner just bought this and is trying to update. when we were there they were scaping the stucco from exterior and working on roof. beds are now pillowtops and there are flat screen tvs and free internet. parking is free under building.
only drawback is you can not turn around when you park and have to back out onto a1a.

The renovation going on the outside scares a little but the interior is pretty good and the owner is really friendly and helpful. Wonderful value for money. Unbeatable spot! Recommend the suites with ocean view (incredible window and newly renovated).

Beside the beach and restaurants.The owners were extremely helpful and friendly and striving to update the motel .
Motel is being renovated and so unfair to be very critical. Would use this motel again for the convenience to beach etc port and airport.
